We are a real estate brokerage and mortgage broker licensed by the California Department of Real Estate (DRE# 01493006) and registered with the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS# 345575). Our individually licensed loan originator operating this Site is Alexis Salvador Andrade Melgoza (Individual NMLS# 2553405, Individual DRE# 01986056), operating under the team name “Andrade RES,” which is not a separate legal entity from the Company.

• Assist in the processing of a mortgage loan application or real estate transaction, subject to formal application and underwriting by the applicable lender;

• Comply with applicable federal and state laws, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (15 U.S.C. § 6801 et seq.), TRID/RESPA requirements, and California DRE regulations;
• Maintain internal records for regulatory, audit, and quality-assurance purposes;

• Improve and maintain the Site.

We do not use your information for any purpose materially different from those described above without providing you notice or obtaining consent where required by law.

• Lenders, wholesale lenders, and other licensed mortgage professionals involved in processing your inquiry or application;
• Jotform, our third-party form and e-signature service provider, which processes and stores form submissions and signed documents on our behalf;
• Credit reporting agencies, title companies, appraisers, and other service providers necessary to facilitate a real estate or mortgage transaction;
• Our broker of record and other authorized personnel of the Company for compliance and supervisory purposes;
• Government agencies or regulators, where required by law or in connection with a regulatory examination; and
• Professional advisors, such as attorneys or auditors, where necessary to protect our legal rights or comply with legal obligations.

We require that third parties who receive your information use it only for the purposes for which it was shared and handle it consistent with applicable law.

5. Electronic Signatures and Form Processing

If you sign a document electronically through the Site, that signature is captured and processed through Jotform’s e-signature feature. Your signed document, along with associated identifying information such as timestamp and IP address, is stored by Jotform and transmitted to us. 6. Data Security

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including any applicable regulatory retention requirements. Mortgage loan application and related documentation is generally retained for a minimum of three years and up to seven years, consistent with federal and state recordkeeping requirements applicable to mortgage brokers.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request correction or deletion of certain information, or to opt out of the sale or sharing of certain personal information, such as rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). To exercise any such rights, please contact us using the information in Section 12 below. We will respond to verifiable requests consistent with applicable law.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. This Policy does not apply to those third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.
